The ideal candidate will ensure that all products are stored, handled, and dispatched in compliance with safety standards and company policies, maintaining the integrity of our cold chain and ensuring timely delivery to our customers Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the cold storage facilities, ensuring optimal storage conditions for frozen chicken products. Monitor temperature controls, humidity levels, and hygiene standards within the cold storage area to maintain product quality and safety. Supervise inventory management, including stock rotation (FIFO), stock verification, and accurate record-keeping. Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient dispatch of products. Plan and organize dispatch schedules to meet delivery deadlines while minimizing delays.
