Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage and optimize all digital channels including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Create engaging content tailored to target audiences for various platforms.
Analyze digital campaign performance using analytics tools; generate reports and insights to improve strategies.
Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to grow followers and engagement.
Coordinate with creative teams for content creation, including graphics and videos.
Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility.
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Monitor industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep the brand ahead.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with product launches and promotions.
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.).
Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and paid advertising.
Ability to develop innovative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales channels.
Data-driven mindset with strong project management skills.
