Hr Executive And Generalist

Job Title: HR Executive - Generalist Role

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

- Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes.

- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.

- Maintain recruitment records and databases.

- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:

- Support new employee onboarding processes.

- Assist in exit formalities and documentation.

- **Payroll Management:

- Assist in payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime data.

- Ensure timely salary disbursement.

- Support the maintenance of payroll records and related documentation.

- Coordinate with finance and payroll vendors, if applicable.

- HR Administration:

- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.

- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.

- Assist in updating HR policies and employee handbook.

Compliance & Documentation:

- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.

- Assist in maintaining documentation for audits and compliance.

- General Support:

- Provide administrative support to the HR team.

- Handle routine HR queries from employees.

Requirements:

- Education: Graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is desirable

- Experience:1-2 years in HR, payroll, or related roles.

- Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Basic understanding of HR processes, payroll, and labor laws.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
