Tele caller Cum CRM Executive

Company: Cravicious Foods Pvt Ltd Job Title: CRM Executive / Tele caller Summary: The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, handling customer queries and orders, generating leads, conducting cold calling, utilizing CRM software, providing excellent customer support, and preparing reports. This role supports both B2B (HORECA) and B2C sales efforts for Cravicious Foods' frozen chicken products. Responsibilities: * Manage customer interactions and inquiries * Process customer orders efficiently * Generate leads through various channels (including cold calling) * Utilize CRM software for tracking customer data and interactions * Provide excellent customer support * Prepare regular sales reports * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details * Collaborate with sales team to achieve sales targets Qualifications: * Proven experience in a similar role (preferred) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in CRM software * Knowledge of the food industry (preferred) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent organizational and time management skills About the Company Cravicious Foods is a start-up focused on providing customers with convenient, healthier, ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat, frozen non-veg food products through online and offline sales channels.
