Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the company adheres to labor laws, ethical practices, and internal HR policies, including updating policies and procedures (Statutory Compliances).
2. Manage the hiring process from writing job descriptions and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and onboarding new employees.
3. Address employee grievances, promote team morale, and help resolve conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
4. Assist with managing employee benefits, salary structures, and payroll processes.
5. Support seniors with employee development initiatives.
6. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records (Physical & Digital) using an HR Information System (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
7. Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, foster a positive workplace culture, and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback.
