Reading & Writing ability: English Job Responsibilities: Receive and document incoming materials, checking them against purchase orders and invoices. Ensure materials are properly stored, preserved, and organized in the warehouse, following procedures like FIFO (First-In, First-Out). Issue materials to production based on requests and maintain accurate records of stock movement. Monitor stock levels (min- Max) and coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely replenishment and maintain buffer stock. Conduct regular physical stock verification and audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. 6. Liaise with the purchasing, production, and quality control departments to address issues with the incoming material. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store area, adhering to standards like 5S. Implement and maintain warehouse and material handling safety standards. Enter and update all inventory transactions in the company's system, such as ERP, SAP etc. Prepare reports on stock levels, inward/outward activities, and non-moving items. 11.
