  • To look after the joining formalities of new employees(Bank account opening, joining forms, locker allocation, uniforms arrangement)
  • Assisting payroll of new employees
  • Preparing the personal file of new employees as per the index
  • To arrange for an Induction of new employees
  • Responsible in timely preparation of confirmation letter, appointment letter, experience

letter as per the schedule

  • To ensure the working of full and final settlement of left employees
  • To implement various employee engagement activities
  • To facilitate pre-employment medical checkup of employees
  • To maintain MIS of HR department
  • To visit outlets on monthly basis.
