Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Mechanic specializing in superbike accessories fitting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with high-performance motorcycles, strong technical knowledge, and an eye for precision when installing premium accessories such as luggage systems, guards, lights, and performance parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, fit, and align motorcycle accessories such as top racks, side racks, panniers, crash guards, auxiliary lights, tank bags, skid plates, and performance add-ons.
• Conduct pre- and post-installation checks to ensure proper fitment, safety, and functionality of accessories.
• Handle wiring and electrical connections for auxiliary lights, chargers, and electronic accessories.
• Provide technical assistance to customers regarding the selection and compatibility of accessories.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the workshop.
• Identify and resolve fitting issues or modifications required for specific models.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Keep updated knowledge of the latest superbike accessories, brands, and installation techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a mechanic/technician in the motorcycle industry (superbike experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle mechanics, accessories, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and follow fitting manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions.
• Hands-on skills with tools, equipment, and precision installation techniques.
• Attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Good communication skills and customer-friendly approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or relevant technical training.
• Prior experience with brands like GIVI, Hepco & Becker, Zana, SW-Motech, Auto Engina, Barkbusters, etc.
• Passion for motorcycles and riding culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,639.50 per month
