B2B Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new dealers, retailers, and distributors in assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and business partners
• Achieve sales targets through effective channel management and regular follow-ups
• Provide training and product knowledge to dealers and their staff
• Monitor dealer performance and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, logistics, marketing) for smooth order execution
• Collect market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, and trends
• Execute local promotional activities, roadshows, and customer engagement programs
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory feedback regularly

Requirements:

• Proven track record in B2B or dealer sales (automobile/two-wheeler aftermarket preferred)
• Good understanding of dealer/channel sales models
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and report generation
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license is a must

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Super Bike accessories.
• Local market knowledge and existing dealer contacts
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
