About the Role:


Nanonets is looking to hire a highly skilled and accomplished finance professional to join our Finance team.

In this key role, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and Senior Management to define and execute our financial strategy, ensuring the long-term success and stability of the company. You will also manage the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic financial plans, optimizing operational processes, and contributing to the organization’s growth and financial health.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee the company’s financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements in the USA, Singapore, and India.
  • Supervise the operations of AR/AP, Payroll, tax and statutory compliance.
  • Provide stakeholders (CEO, Board members, and external agencies) with financial visibility through dashboards and regular reports on yearly, quarterly, and monthly financial performance.
  • Forecast cash flow, assess borrowing needs, and determine available funds for both expenses and investments.
  • Assist in the preparation of the company’s annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets at both organizational and functional levels.
  • Report budget variances to management, providing detailed explanations for discrepancies.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including payroll partners, banks, legal advisors, and government statutory offices.


Qualifications:


  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in finance roles, preferably within small to medium-sized companies or technology startups with a global reach.
  • In-depth knowledge of US & Indian GAAP, with practical experience in global finance practices, including those of the US & EU.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and address new or unfamiliar challenges encountered by you or your team.
