Read about the release here: Article 1 Article 2 What we’re looking for We’re looking for a proactive and organized Workplace Services Manager to ensure our office operations run seamlessly. This role is crucial in maintaining a productive and comfortable work environment What you’ll do Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office activities, including facility upkeep, vendor coordination, and overall office maintenance Office & Pantry Supplies: Ensure availability of office supplies, equipment, snacks, and beverages, handling restocking as needed IT Asset Management: Oversee the allocation, tracking, and maintenance of laptops and other IT equipment for employees Building Management Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the office and building management for seamless operations Employee Onboarding Support: Set up workstations, provide access credentials, and assist new employees with office essentials Workplace Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to office safety, security, and operational policies Community Engagement: Foster a sense of belonging and engagement among employees by creating memorable experiences in the office, including team-building activities, events, and spaces that encourage collaboration and interaction Requirements 4+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience managing IT assets and office supplies Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Excellent communication and problem-solving skills .
