Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to support daily financial operations, reporting, compliance, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial documentation, timely reconciliations, and contribute to data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Compliance Maintain day-to-day books of accounts: AP, AR, FA,general ledger, journal entries. Conduct monthly closing activities and prepare trial balance. Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings. Assist in preparation for statutory and internal audits. Collections follow-up 2. Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards. Track budget vs actuals and analyze key variances. Provide support in cost center reporting and spend analysis. Maintain documentation to support audit trails and internal controls. 3. Business Partnering Assistance Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, procurement) for data collation and financial alignment. Support pricing and margin analysis at SKU/service level. Assist business units with forecast inputs, revenue tracking, and performance monitoring. 4. Inventory & Procurement Support Track inventory movements and perform reconciliations. Monitor vendor payments and ensure timely disbursements. Support cost tracking of products, services, and consumables. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (CA Inter, CMA, or MBA Finance is a plus). 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar). Solid understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax laws. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Attributes Experience in multi-BU setups like manufacturing, healthcare, wellness or e-commerce. Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with comfort in handling multiple stakeholders. Exposure to inventory-heavy businesses and digital platforms. Qualifications Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Strong Finance and Analytical Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field MBA or M.Com Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience with accounting software and financial management systems is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
