As a Finance Manager at ZF Wind Power Coimbatore Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing the finance operations to shape the future of mobility. Here's what you can expect in this role: **Role Overview:** The Finance team at ZF Wind Power is responsible for designing a strategic plan to cut expenses, increase revenues, and provide key insights into specific areas of the business. As the Finance Manager, you will be accountable for financial accuracy, internal controls, and turning raw financial data into strategic insight. **Key Responsibilities:** - Managing finance operations such as AP, AR, treasury, GL, etc. - Ensuring financial control through budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. - Handling financial reporting capabilities, project reporting, investment control, profitability analysis, and make or buy decisions. - Managing various audits such as statutory, tax audit, and internal audit. - Preparing and closing books of accounts based on group/statutory requirements. - Providing tax planning and strategic tax advice for business expansion, reorganizations, financing transactions, and M&A activities. - Managing statutory compliance like PF, ESI, TDS, and TCS. **Qualifications Required:** - Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional experience. - Over 8-10 years of practical experience in finance operations, controlling, tax, and other regulatory matters. - Ensuring TP compliance for ZF Wind Power, including coordination with external advisors for TP documentation and disclosures. - Analyzing transaction structures and implementing TP models.
