As the Finance Manager, you will be accountable for financial accuracy, internal controls, and turning raw financial data into strategic insight. **Key Responsibilities:** - Managing finance operations such as AP, AR, treasury, GL, etc. - Ensuring financial control through budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. - Handling financial reporting capabilities, project reporting, investment control, profitability analysis, and make or buy decisions. - Managing various audits such as statutory, tax audit, and internal audit. - Preparing and closing books of accounts based on group/statutory requirements. - Providing tax planning and strategic tax advice for business expansion, reorganizations, financing transactions, and M&A activities. - Managing statutory compliance like PF, ESI, TDS, and TCS. **Qualifications Required:** - Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional experience. - Over 8-10 years of practical experience in finance operations, controlling, tax, and other regulatory matters. - Ensuring TP compliance for ZF Wind Power, including coordination with external advisors for TP documentation and disclosures. - Analyzing transaction structures and implementing TP models.
