Finance & Compliance Manager

About Us:

Bioscan Research Pvt. Ltd. is an innovative medtech company focused on developing advanced, life-saving diagnostic devices. We are looking for a finance professional who can take ownership of financial planning, compliance, and business reporting to support our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis:

   Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections aligned with company objectives. Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.

2. Management Information Systems (MIS):

   Develop and maintain regular MIS reports for leadership and investors. Monitor key financial metrics and cash flow to ensure financial discipline.

3. Business Plan Support:

   Prepare and refine business plans, financial models, and investor decks. Work closely with leadership to evaluate new business opportunities.

4. Compliance & Governance:

   Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and MCA filings (including DPT-3, ROC filings, and other returns). Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, and government authorities for compliance matters.

5. Accounting Oversight:

   Review accounting entries and financial statements prepared by the accounts team. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to accounting standards.

6. Risk & Process Management:

   Implement internal controls and standard operating procedures to safeguard company assets. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CMA/CFA preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in financial planning, compliance, and business reporting.
• Strong understanding of Indian tax laws, MCA compliance, and statutory reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
