About the Role This is not a glorified EA job. You are the CEO’s force multiplier. You’ll turn chaos into clarity, run cross-functional projects like a program manager, and become the operational nerve center across three companies: 1. 100x (AI Automation) 2. Home.LLC (Real Estate Equity) 3. Homie (Staffing) You will think like a founder, act like an operator, and execute like a machine. What You’ll Own Program and Project Management (Top Priority) * Maintain strategic mindmaps of company goals and break them into execution layers * Build and update project charters, Gantt charts, and weekly dashboards * Coordinate across finance, compliance, design, and engineering * Keep all internal + investor-facing projects on time, on scope, and high-quality Calendar and Travel Management * Fully manage the CEO’s calendar, optimizing for focus, leverage, and strategic goals * Plan and book international travel (including learning United Airlines SA/NR systems) * Coordinate offsites, conferences, 1:1s, and monthly feedback rituals CRM and Inbox Operations * Lead the migration from HubSpot to Pipedrive or Folk * Recommend high-leverage meetings with VCs, customers, and advisors * Own the CEO’s inbox + iMessage flow (prioritize, delegate, follow up) Special Projects and Ops * Organize monthly hackathons (Delhi) and the annual offsite (Goa) * Set up investor dinners and client meetups across U.S. cities * Manage team visa applications, internal compliance, hardware distribution, and morale Who You Are * You’re a world-class program manager who makes complexity disappear * You blend extreme analytical ability with emotional empathy * You write like a strategist, plan like a military chief, and execute like a founder * You think in dashboards, Gantt charts, timelines, and automations * You act before being asked and always keep revenue at the center Must-Have Skills * Project and Program Management * Calendar, Travel, and Logistical Coordination * CRM Ownership and Automation (AI, Zapier, Google Suite) * Strong written communication and attention to detail * Ability to manage upward and downward, across time zones and cultures Optional but Valuable Skills * Experience in: venture, sales, real estate, operations, or high-growth startups * Past roles as Chief of Staff, EA, or Business Manager to senior leadership Why This Role? * Direct, daily exposure to the CEO across 3 companies * Build with bleeding-edge tools in AI, housing, and talent * High-trust, high-ownership culture * Path to future leadership roles: Chief Operating Officer (CoS 2.0), Partner, General Manager, etc. Think you're built for this?
