What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end sourcing, screening, and coordination for roles across our portfolio companies.
• Engage with candidates directly, communicate with clarity, and build trust fast.
• Work independently—manage your pipeline without waiting for instructions.
• Learn to decode human behavior and apply it in hiring decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:

  6 months – 1+ year in recruitment/talent acquisition.

• Skills:

  Excellent communication (non-negotiable), fast learner, self-starter.

• Musts:

• Based in India
• Willing to work full-time in UK or Pacific hours
• Immediate joiner
• Ability to work independently without micromanagement

• Bonus Points:

• Experience hiring via WellFound, LinkedIn, Indeed, or Naukri
• Interest in human psychology and behavioral insights
