What You’ll Own

Calendar & Travel Management

• Fully manage the CEO’s calendar, optimizing for focus, leverage, and strategic goals
• Plan and book

  international travel

  (including learning United Airlines SA/NR systems)
• Coordinate offsites, conferences, 1:1s, and monthly feedback rituals

CRM & Inbox Operations

• Lead the migration from HubSpot to Pipedrive or Folk
• Recommend high-leverage meetings with VCs, customers, and advisors
• Own the CEO’s inbox + iMessage flow (prioritize, delegate, follow up)

Special Projects & Ops

• Organize monthly hackathons (Delhi) and the annual offsite (Goa)
• Set up investor dinners and client meetups across U.S. cities
• Manage team visa applications, internal compliance, hardware distribution, and morale

Must-Have Skills

• Calendar, Travel, and Logistical Coordination

• CRM Ownership and Automation (AI, Zapier, Google Suite)

• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to manage upward and downward, across time zones and cultures

Optional but Valuable Skills

• Experience in: venture, sales, real estate, operations, or high-growth startups
• Past roles as Chief of Staff, EA, or Business Manager to senior leadership
