Job Description

will oversee all financial operations, statutory obligations, and governance activities at TeraLumen Solutions.

The role involves managing

financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, funding support, and audit

coordination

while ensuring full compliance with

GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act regulations

. The manager will also develop internal control systems, support

ISO 9001/13485 documentation

, and contribute to strategic financial planning across

RD, manufacturing, and project operations

. This position plays a key role in driving financial integrity, transparency, and efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain monthly MIS, budgets, and financial statements as per statutory norms.
Ensure compliance with
GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies

Act
requirements.
Coordinate
statutory, internal, and cost audits
and close observations on time.
Lead annual
budgeting and forecasting;
monitor variances and recommend corrective actions.
Manage
cash flow
, working capital, and cost efficiency across departments.
Support management in
funding, financial planning, and investor reporting.
Implement and maintain
Tally ERP
and internal control systems.
Drive
process automation
and improve financial data accuracy and transparency.
Maintain
ISO 9001/13485-compliant documentation
and support audit readiness.
Oversee HR-linked financial compliance, asset management, and administrative expenses

Qualifications:

CA / ICWA
qualified;
M.Com / MBA (Finance)
preferred.
3 5 years
of experience in finance, accounting, or compliance (manufacturing/RD preferred).
Strong knowledge of
Ind AS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act
.
Proficient in
Tally ERP, MS Excel,
and financial reporting tools.
Familiarity with
ISO 9001 / ISO 13485
financial documentation.
Skilled in
budgeting, forecasting, and audit coordination.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail, integrity, and teamwork orientation.
