Finance & Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance & Compliance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure GST and tax compliance, manage client payment collections, and support business efficiency. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Excel, strong analytical ability, and exceptional communication skills to manage accounts, quotations, and compliance effectively.

·        Finance & Accounting: Manage accounting operations, including GST filing, taxation, payables, receivables, and financial reporting.

·        Payment Management: Track client payments, follow up for timely collections, and maintain accurate payment schedules.

·        Operations & Data Management: Organize financial and operational data for compliance and strategic insights.

·        Quotation & Account Management: Generate quotations, track project costs, and manage client accounts with precision.

·        Technology & Tools: Utilize Advanced Excel, MS Office Suite, and data management tools for reporting and analysis.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).

·        3–6 years of experience in finance and compliance roles.

·        Strong understanding of GST filing, taxation, and statutory compliance.

·        Proficiency in Advanced Excel and MS Office Suite.

·        Excellent communication and organizational skills.
