Finance & Compliance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Own end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close Prepare and review MIS, budgets, forecasts, cash flow and management reports
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS and Companies contracts requirements
• Manage statutory, tax and secretarial audits, including audit coordination and closure
• Handle book filings, statutory registers and governance documentation
• Support fundraising activities, due diligence processes and investor requirements
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, legal advisors and regulatory authorities
• Monitor changes in taxation and corporate laws and ensure timely implementation
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance frameworks and process documentation
• Partner with leadership on financial planning, risk management and governance matters

Required Skills & Experience :

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS)
• 4-5 years of post-qualification experience across finance, taxation and corporate compliance
• Strong working knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Direct & Indirect Taxation and Companies Act
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and advanced Excel-based reporting
• Exposure to fundraising, investor reporting and due diligence preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management, attention to detail and execution mindset
• Prior experience in startup / SaaS / high-growth organizations preferred
