Finance & Compliance Manager

As a Finance & Compliance Manager at Quantanite, you will play a crucial role in ensuring strong governance practices and statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on India, UK, and US. Your responsibilities will include managing financial reporting, overseeing compliance requirements, implementing internal controls, and providing support for FP&A processes and strategic finance decisions. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining group-level financial accuracy and timeliness, aligning with the organization's goals and values. You will lead the management accounts preparation and month-end close processes for the India local finance and accounting operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating statutory and tax compliance activities, ensuring accurate regulatory filings, and maintaining compliance calendars for India operations. Your role will involve preparing and consolidating group financial reports, managing year-end reporting processes, and standardizing reporting tools to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making. Moreover, you will implement and monitor financial controls and compliance policies, support anti-fraud initiatives, and address control deficiencies promptly. Your collaboration with FP&A teams will involve aligning reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes with governance requirements, providing insights for forecasts and strategic planning, and supporting performance reviews. You will also assist in maintaining group governance frameworks, board registers, policies, and authorisation hierarchies, while ensuring compliance with secretarial and regulatory bodies. To excel in this role, you should hold a CA/CPA/ACCA qualification with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in finance, compliance, and reporting, preferably in the service industry and multi-entity environments. Strong knowledge of IFRS/local GAAP, corporate governance, and multi-entity reporting is essential, with proficiency in finance operations and familiarity with systems like SAP, NetSuite, or Xero. Your problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and experience working with global teams will be valuable assets in this position.
