Job Description Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing office facilities, including regular maintenance, cleanliness, and infrastructure support. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for housekeeping, security, pantry, courier, and maintenance needs. Support procurement activities by identifying vendors, obtaining quotations, processing purchase orders, and maintaining records of office supplies, consumables, and services. Track inventory levels and manage timely procurement of supplies and equipment to ensure seamless operations. Support transportation arrangements for employees and visitors, including vehicle scheduling, route planning, and driver coordination. Maintain records related to transportation services, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and compliance with transport regulations. Assist in managing travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for employees and guests as required. Oversee access control systems, ID card issuance, and visitor management processes. Support internal processes for new joiners, including workspace preparation, asset issuance, and orientation support. Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, events, and internal programs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols, including fire safety checks and incident reporting. Maintain organized documentation for procurement, transportation, vendor contracts, facility maintenance logs, and administrative records. Collaborate with internal teams to provide consistent and efficient operational support. Qualifications Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Commerce , or a related field. 6 months to 1year of experience in office administration, procurement, or facilities support.
