Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic

Inside Sales Executive

to support and grow our Terahertz Technology business. This role is responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, and sales coordination for Terahertz-based Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) solutions across industries such as Aerospace Composites, Automotive, Oil & Gas, and Research Institutions. You will work closely with the Business & Application Engineering team to qualify prospects, present solutions, and drive sales activities ensuring smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and effective pipeline management.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through online research, inbound inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
  • Engage with prospective customers via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand requirements and introduce TeraLumen s solutions.
  • Schedule and coordinate product demos or POC trials with the Application Engineering team.
  • Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications to move deals forward.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline status in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, webinars, and exhibitions to increase brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer segments.
  • Support tender documentation and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s/Science degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Physics, Photonics, or related fields (business or marketing degrees with technical interest will also be considered).
  • 0 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or business development (experience/internship in technical or industrial products is a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and industrial applications.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in achieving sales objectives.
