Inside Sales Executive

Company:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective corporate clients to introduce Axiom Visual Communications and our services (shopfitting, retail display, POP display, store design, window displays, retail rollouts).
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers and relevant stakeholders within target organizations by using LinkedIn.
• Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
• Clearly articulate Axiom's value proposition and how our solutions can benefit their retail operations.
• Overcome objections and address client queries effectively.
• Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the Business Development team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-up activities in a Sales tracker.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads.
• Achieve daily and weekly connected call and meeting targets.
• Scrapping potentials from internet.
• Sending email blast and responding to any email queries.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with 3+ Years of Experience in related field or related field.
• Proven experience in a Telecaller, Telemarketing, or inbound calling role preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand client needs.
• Persuasive and confident.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with the retail or manufacturing industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
