Quality Engineer

We are Looking for Skilled Quality Engineer Who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems and procedures to ensure that all products and processes meet established quality standards, compliance requirements, and customer specifications, particularly aligning with ISO 9001:2015 standards. This role involves hands-on inspection, root cause analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

• Quality System Management: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
• Inspection & Compliance: Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with standards. Ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies.
• Defect Analysis & Correction: Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement effective corrective actions.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with production teams to maintain ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Documentation & Auditing: Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and audit records. Provide support during internal and external audits.
• Training & Mentoring: Train and guide staff on quality assurance practices and support team development through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
• Operational Management: Manage day-to-day operations related to quality processes with efficiency and accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Innovation & Results: Drive innovation in processes, products, and customer solutions. Deliver results within deadlines while maintaining high performance.
• Sustainability: Contribute to sustainability and eco-friendly initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Quality, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field) or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience (2-3 years) in quality assurance/control, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Technical Skills:

• Ability to understand technical aspects of products/services and communicate them effectively.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and tools (e.g., Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, 5 Whys).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Proficiency in using MS Excel.
