Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Quality Engineer with experience in product and packaging transfer to support cross-functional development and manufacturing activities. In this role, you will ensure that products and packaging are transferred efficiently and in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Packaging teams to establish robust processes and maintain consistent product quality.

Quality Risk Management
- Lead and support quality and risk management activities throughout product and packaging transfer.
- Identify quality risks in design and manufacturing processes and implement risk controls.
- Maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry standards.

Product Packaging Transfer
- Support the transfer of products and packaging designs from development to manufacturing from a quality perspective.
- Review and approve transfer documentation, including specifications, drawings, inspection plans, pFMEAs, and work instructions.Collaborate with Packaging and Engineering teams to ensure packaging solutions meet functional, regulatory, and quality requirements.
- Participate in process qualification and validation activities to ensure successful transfer.

Verification, Validation Compliance
- Support verification and validation activities to confirm product and packaging meet requirements.
- Ensure quality deliverables and documentation are completed on time to support transfer milestones.
- Monitor compliance to quality standards during transfer activities and support audits as needed.

Continuous Improvement Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues during transfer. Identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency within product and packaging processes.
- Provide quality support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in product transfer or packaging transfer within engineering or manufacturing projects.
- Solid understanding of quality systems, risk management, and process validation.
- Ability to review technical documentation and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Role Description:A Principal/Senior Technical consultant is responsible for the deployment of the standard Endur solution, as well as designing, coding, testing and implementing product customizations and interfaces. This is a customer facing position and travel may be required, therefore we are flexible on base location.
Skill Set
Key Responsibility
- Present the project s technical solution to client representatives.
- Support client training services.
- Consult with client s technology users to determine technical requirements to be addressed by the Endur solution.
- Provide guidance to Technical Consultants.
- Follow company documentation standards and resolution process flow for all deliverables.
- Keep Manager and Project Manager(s) informed regarding the status of assigned responsibilities.
- Maintain full chargeability on client account(s) as assigned.
Development role:
- Provide technology advice, design, analysis, custom code development, and troubleshooting in the discovery workshop, design, configuration, testing, and production support of the Endur solution for the client s business needs.
- Participate in and support the architectural design decisions regarding interfaces between Endur solution and other systems, as well as the technical approach for custom scripts and reports, and gain the client s confidence in the recommended approach.
- Support and adhere to implementation best practices in one or more technical development areas of the Endur solution in all technical design, specifications, custom coding, and testing deliverables.
- Assume hands-on project implementation duties (design, coding, testing) in all phases of an Endur implementation, reporting to the Project/Account Manager.
- Gather and document technical requirements, code specifications, test plans/results, and any other deliverables required by the project as determined by the Project/Account Manager or Principal Technical Consultant.
- Support client training services in custom development technologies.

Systems role:
- Provide technology infrastructure design advice to clients.
- Participate in requirements analysis and product deployment configuration at client site.
- Provide clients with full range of technical support services for troubleshooting technical performance issues.
- Participate in Upgrade Assessments as well as upgrade projects.
- Conduct thorough System Health Assessments for client s production environment covering presentation, application, database and network layers.
- Provide client training services in the product technical architecture, troubleshooting and performance tuning areas.
- Gain proficiency in one or more functional and Technical area for the product (interfaces, deployment, performance tuning, database analysis, etc).
- Assume hands-on project implementation duties (install, configure, test) in all phases of the implementation, reporting to the Project Manager.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a directly related IT field.
- 5+ years experience in Software Design and Development and/or deployment.
- Minimum 3 years direct experience working with Endur/Findur in designing, coding, configuring, testing, and debugging reports, plugins, and interfaces for ION solution in client environments.
- Experience working with at least one object-oriented languages such as C# .NET, Java, C++.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the energy, commodities or financial field or working with an ETRM/ or CTRM system.
- Experience with MS SQL Server is required.
- Experience in the energy, commodities or financial field or working with an ETRM/ or CTRM system.
- Experience in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting installations of enterprise software in client environments.
- Experience in Interface design and implementation following standard integration patterns.
- Experienced and skilled user of office productivity tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Project Server.
- Experience writing technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts.
- Strong Object-Oriented Skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Must be self-motivated, independent, resourceful and one who is capable of being objective and giving/taking constructive feedback.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- For on-site consultants, ability to work onsite at client locations as needed.
- Ability to deliver with little to no guidance from manager.
- Ability to work as part of a project team structure.
Development role Qualifications
- Strong Experience with a subset of the following programming technologies: Java, Soap Webservices, JavaScript, jQuery is required.
- Experience working with Integrated Development environments such as Eclipse
- Experience with business reporting tools such as SAP Crystal Report or Tableau.
- Experience with source control and continuous integration tools (GIT, TFS, Confluence, Bamboo) and issue tracking systems (Jira) is required.
- SCRUM/Agile/Waterfall development methodology experience preferred.
