Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quality Engineer role located in Rajkot. The Quality Engineer will oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality systems, ensuring the production of high-standard components. Responsibilities include monitoring quality assurance processes, conducting quality control inspections, developing and maintaining quality procedures, and analyzing production performance to address areas of improvement. The role will also involve collaborating with the production team to ensure compliance with industry certifications and customer quality requirements, supporting efforts for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control practices
• Experience in Product Quality assessment and Quality Management systems
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying and solving quality-related issues
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015 standards is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing environment is an advantage
