Finance & Accounts Manager

We are seeking high-potential tech savvy finance professionals with strong analytical acumen and global mindset to join our Finance team. You will work on high-impact projects across geographies, including FP&A, Audits, Sustainability finance, M&A, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, analysis, costing and modeling for global initiatives (e.g. cost optimization, ESG reporting)
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across geographies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across India, Jordan, Bangladesh, UAE, and Hong Kong.
• Oversee audits, compliance, and risk management in alignment with global standards
• Optimize financial operations for profitability.
• Present insights to senior leadership and contribute to board-level reporting.

Qualifications, experience and skills required:

• Qualified Finance professional CA is mandatory. Masters in Business Administration will be an added advantage
• 3-5 years of experience(post article ship) in Corporate finance, FP&A, Budgeting or Audits.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to global teams or multi-country projects is a plus.
• Strong drive to learn, contribute and take on new challenges with enthusiasm and commitment to excellence.
• Proactively seeks to understand the “why” behind decisions and data, showing intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset.
