Finance & Accounts Manager

Hiring: Finance and Accounts Manager/ Sr. Accountant
Salary: up to ₹75,000 (Depending on Experience)
Location: Shivaji Nagar, Nagpur
Industry Preference: Real Estate / Construction (Others with relevant experience may also apply)
Education: Graduate in Commerce or related field

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and overall accounts finalization
• Experience in real estate or construction industry preferred
• Ability to manage a team, handle multiple projects, and work independently
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation
• Prepare balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, MIS, and complete financial statements
• Manage GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and all related filings
• Lead accounts finalization, conduct internal/self-audits, and coordinate with statutory auditors
• Review and approve accounting entries, vouchers, and financial documentation
• Monitor project-wise costing, budgeting, expenses, and variance analysis
• Ensure accurate contractor billing, vendor reconciliation, and site expense tracking (real estate/construction)
• Supervise, guide, and manage the accounts team to ensure timely closing of books
• Ensure timely vendor payments and receivables follow-ups
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making
