Key Responsibilities: * Learning Corpwiz’s accounting policies, ERP workflows, and tax calendar; assisting the CFO in finalization of accounts and audit coordination; * Managing GST return filings (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C), TDS deductions, TCS, and advance tax computations; * Preparing monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow statements, and variance analysis; * Handling vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and working capital management; * Supporting budget vs actual tracking and capex approvals. The role works directly with the MD and external legal counsel to maintain statutory records and enable fundraising compliances. Key Responsibilities: * Learning Corpwiz’s MoA, AoA, and shareholding structure; assisting the MD in board meeting coordination and minute drafting; * Filing e-forms (MGT-7, AOC-4, MGT-14, INC-20A, etc.) and maintaining statutory registers; * Managing share transfers, issuance of certificates, and KMP disclosures; * Coordinating with ROC, stock exchange (if listed in future), and secretarial auditors; * Tracking changes in Companies Act, SEBI LODR, and start-up DPIIT compliances.
