The Finance & Accounts Manager will oversee statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and financial close processes for Corpwiz Holding Pvt Ltd. The role reports to the CFO and ensures audit-ready books while supporting fundraising and budgeting cycles.
* Learning Corpwiz’s accounting policies, ERP workflows, and tax calendar; assisting the CFO in finalization of accounts and audit coordination;
* Managing GST return filings (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C), TDS deductions, TCS, and advance tax computations;
* Preparing monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow statements, and variance analysis;
* Handling vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and working capital management;
* Supporting budget vs actual tracking and capex approvals.
* CA / CA-Inter / MBA-Finance / ACC with 3+ years of post-qualification experience;
* Expert knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind-AS basics, GST, and TDS laws;
* Proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP Next / Zoho Books and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Macros);
* Excellent command of English; working knowledge of Bengali preferred;
* Ability to join within 7 days.
