Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in interior finishing/execution

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement interior execution activities on-site according to project plans.
• Install modular furniture and execute carpentry works for spaces like kitchens, lobbies, wardrobes, and partitions.
• Manage finishing tasks such as POP, painting, polishing, and other surface treatments.
• Interpret layout drawings and site measurements accurately for material execution.
• Collaborate with supervisors and designers to align daily work schedules.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness on-site.
• Complete assigned interior tasks within defined timelines and specifications.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in interior fit-out and finishing projects
• Strong technical understanding of modular installations and materials
• Ability to manage multiple finishing elements simultaneously
• Knowledge of site coordination and vendor handling is a plus
