Position: Client Relationship Executive ( FEMALES ONLY ) Location: Shankar Nagar, Nagpur Salary: ₹30,000/month Industry: Real Estate/ Construction Experience: 3+ years of CRM experience Responsibilities: Call and follow up with potential leads, explain residential/commercial project details, and generate sales interest. Convince and assist prospective clients to schedule and attend site visits. Handle inquiries and provide complete guidance to clients throughout the buying journey. Participate actively in sales discussions, client meetings, and promotional events. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure timely communication, follow-ups, and closure of leads. Maintain and regularly update client data, interaction history, and follow-up status using CRM software. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and referrals. Support the documentation and booking process, from inquiry to final agreement. Work closely with field sales executives and project managers to understand inventory availability and site progress. Meet individual targets for site visits, lead conversions, and booked units. Requirements: Well-groomed and professionally presentable Pleasing personality with a confident appearance Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Confidence in handling client conversations with professionalism and persuasive ability. Experience or familiarity with sales in the real estate or construction industry is preferred. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and data tracking is an advantage. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a target-driven environment.
