Job Description: JJ EPC Pvt Ltd is looking for a Concrete Plant Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plant in Rajkot. The ideal candidate should have experience in batching plant operations, concrete production, and coordination with project teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise RMC production and dispatch as per project schedule Monitor batching process and ensure quality as per IS mix standards Coordinate with site engineers and logistics team for timely deliveries Maintain plant records, production logs, and raw material stock reports Ensure maintenance and smooth functioning of batching equipment Conduct regular checks on raw material quality and plant hygiene Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental norms Supervise plant staff and provide training when needed Candidate Profile: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in RMC or concrete batching operations Familiarity with mix design, testing procedures, and batching software Strong organizational and team coordination skills Willingness to be stationed at Rajkot full-time Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
