Job Description

You will be responsible for handling telecalling and office administration tasks as a Telecaller & Office Coordinator. Your role will involve managing client calls, walk-in visitors, and internal operations with excellent communication and coordination skills. Your key responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on inquiries, handling incoming calls, providing necessary information, maintaining a database of leads, updating call records, attending and assisting walk-in clients, vendors, and visitors, coordinating material dispatch and logistics follow-ups, managing basic office documentation and coordination tasks, as well as assisting the sales and operations team in daily activities. We are looking for female candidates with good communication and convincing skills, preferably in Gujarati and Hindi. Prior experience in telecalling, front office, or admin work will be an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Email handling is required. Being well-organized, presentable, and adept at multitasking is essential for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid time off. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is in person.,
