Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations at our ongoing commercial and industrial construction projects in Rajkot. The candidate must be hands-on with execution, labor handling, and coordination with vendors and engineers. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage day-to-day site activities Supervise labor and subcontractor work to ensure timely progress Maintain quality and safety standards on-site Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and material suppliers Prepare daily progress reports and update site records Ensure execution as per drawings and instructions Qualifications: Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (preferred) Minimum 2 years of relevant site supervision experience Familiar with RCC, finishing, and industrial construction practices Good communication and team management skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Location: Rajkot, Rajkot, Gujarat (Required) Work Location: In person
