Principal Architect

The company JJ EPC Pvt. Ltd., an EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) firm, is currently looking for a highly experienced Principal Architect to lead their in-house architectural design team. This position is suitable for a seasoned professional with a robust portfolio in industrial, commercial, and residential projects, who is prepared to take on the responsibility of design direction and delivery. As the Principal Architect, your main responsibilities will include leading architectural, interior, and landscape design initiatives, translating project briefs into concept and technical designs, coordinating with consultants, engineers, site teams, and clients, overseeing design quality throughout all project stages, reviewing and approving drawings, materials, and specifications, guiding junior architects, and ensuring team synergy. Additionally, you will be required to conduct site visits for design supervision and material selection. To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch), along with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. You should have proven experience in handling complete architectural scope independently, possess strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools, and demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The position requires you to work full-time in Rajkot, Gujarat.
