Principal Architect

Role Overview: As a Principal Architect at JJ EPC Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for leading our in-house architectural design team. Your role will involve overseeing architectural, interior, and landscape design initiatives, translating project briefs into concept and technical designs, coordinating with consultants, engineers, site teams, and clients, maintaining design quality across all project stages, guiding junior architects, and conducting site visits for design supervision and material selection. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong portfolio in industrial, commercial, and residential projects who is ready to take full ownership of design direction and delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Lead architectural, interior, and landscape design initiatives - Translate project briefs into concept and technical designs - Coordinate with consultants, engineers, site teams, and clients - Oversee design quality across all project stages - Review and approve drawings, materials, and specifications - Guide junior architects and maintain team synergy - Conduct site visits for design supervision and material selection Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) - 10+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry - Proven experience in handling complete architectural scope independently - Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Open to working Full time in Rajkot, Gujarat What We Offer: At JJ EPC Pvt.
