Job Title: Lead Architect – Corporate & Commercial Interiors

Location: Delhi NCR (In-office, Full-time)

Role Overview

Lead the in-house architecture division for AIA India, overseeing end-to-end design and delivery of high-performance workspaces, clubhouses, and experience galleries. Responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing innovative architectural solutions that align with client objectives and AIA India’s turnkey model.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture function for all corporate interior, clubhouse, and experience gallery projects from concept to handover.

Develop design concepts, space plans, and detailed drawings in line with client requirements and AIA India’s standards.

Collaborate with in-house project managers, procurement, and site teams to ensure design intent is realized on-site.

Oversee preparation of complete design packages: layouts, 3D visualizations, working drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.

Conduct site visits, design reviews, and resolve on-site design issues promptly.

Coordinate with external consultants (MEP, structural, etc.) as needed, ensuring seamless integration with architectural plans.

Present design concepts and solutions to internal and external stakeholders, including Fortune 500 clients.

Stay updated on latest trends, materials, and best practices in commercial interiors and experiential spaces.

Mentor and guide junior architects/designers in the team.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.

8+ years’ experience in architectural design and delivery of commercial interiors (workspaces, clubhouses, experience galleries, or similar).

Proven track record leading projects end-to-end in a design-build or turnkey environment.

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical excellence across relevant project types.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other design tools.

Excellent knowledge of materials, detailing, and building codes relevant to commercial interiors.

Strong communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight timelines.

Preferred Attributes

Experience working with large corporate clients and high-end commercial projects.

Exposure to sustainable and wellness-focused design principles.

Familiarity with the NCR market and regulatory environment.
