Location: Chennai Job Description: Business Development Manager (Luxury commercial Interiors Industry) Position: Business Development Manager Experience: Minimum 5-7 years Industry: Luxury Interiors / Architecture About the Company: We are a leading player in the commercial / office interiors industry, offering bespoke solutions that cater to the most exclusive and high-end projects. Our portfolio features world-class design and interiors, and we work with some of the most renowned architects and designers in the industry. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and help us expand our presence in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Business Development & Sales: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the luxury interiors sector, including residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and construction companies. - Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while continuously exploring new avenues for business growth. - Project Coordination: Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. - Brand Representation: Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Enhance the brand's presence in the market. - Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Provide strategic input on market expansion and business development strategies. - Proposal and Presentation: Lead the preparation and submission of business proposals, quotations, and project presentations tailored to client requirements. - Sales Targets: Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by effectively converting business leads into successful projects. Key Requirements: - Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in business development within the luxury interiors or architecture industry, with a strong understanding of high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. -Experience working with renowned interior design or architecture firms - Skills: - Strong networking and relationship-building skills with an established network of architects, interior designers, and developers - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - A proactive and result-oriented approach, with the ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. - Familiarity with luxury interior trends and market dynamics. - Strong analytical and market research skills. - Education: A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or any related field is preferred.
