Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor

  QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and checklists

  for interior and design & build projects.
• Review

  drawings, specifications, BOQs, and material submittals

  to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct

  regular inspections at sites

  to check finishing quality, adherence to standards, and alignment with approved drawings.
• Monitor and control

  workmanship quality

  for civil, MEP, furniture, and finishing works related to interiors.
• Ensure all

  materials and finishes

  comply with approved samples and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain

  QA/QC documentation

  including inspection reports, snag lists, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action plans.
• Verify and approve

  mock-ups and sample works

  before mass implementation.
• Conduct

  training and awareness sessions

  for site teams to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with

  statutory, safety, and environmental regulations

  .

  QA/QC processes, ISO standards, and documentation practices

• Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in

  Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design

  (or related field).

• 3-5 years of QA/QC experience

  in interiors, design & build, or architectural projects.
• Experience with

  corporate offices, retail, hospitality, or residential interiors

  will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of

  MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools

  preferred.
