Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi / NCR for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and engaging with potential clients. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, preparing and presenting business proposals, providing excellent customer service, and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Lead Generation and relationship building
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi / NCR
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in business development or a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• A proactive and goal-oriented approach to tasks
