Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Gujarat, India. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting market research to understand industry trends, and generating leads from APAC and European Markets. The specialist will build and maintain client relationships while providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Collaborating with internal teams to devise strategies that align with business growth goals is also a key responsibility.

• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing market trends, data analysis, and decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills for building relationships and effectively conveying ideas
• Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
• Proven Customer Service abilities to ensure positive client experiences and satisfaction
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• B.TECH IT or Computer Science or Masters into Marketing Preferred
• Familiarity with CRM software and tools is a plus
