Job description Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate is skilled in end-to-end SEO, social media marketing, and content strategy. They should be capable of driving growth through data-driven campaigns, cross-functional collaboration, and consistent client communication—ensuring improved visibility, audience engagement, and measurable results. SEO Strategy & Execution Comprehensive website audit (technical, on-page, off-page SEO). Advanced Keyword Research , competitor analysis & market analysis. On-page optimization (meta titles, descriptions, headings, schema, internal linking). Off-page SEO strategies (backlink building, guest posting, directory submissions). Technical SEO improvements (site speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, crawlability). Regular performance tracking via tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog . Social Media Marketing Development of platform-specific strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Monthly content calendars with creative graphics and engaging captions. Community management: replying to comments, messages, and fostering relationships. Paid campaign setup & optimization (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Performance analysis and strategy adjustments based on real-time data. Content & LinkedIn Marketing Content creation for blogs, website pages, LinkedIn posts, and social media. LinkedIn profile & company page optimization. Thought leadership content strategy targeting industry-specific audiences. Regular engagement activities like polls, articles, and strategic networking. Content Strategy & Coordination Detailed content planning based on keyword analysis, market trends, and brand voice. Coordination with content writers and designers to ensure consistency and quality. SEO-aligned content creation to drive organic traffic and brand authority. Client Handling & Communication Dedicated account manager for consistent client communication. Bi-weekly/monthly meetings to review progress, discuss strategies, and gather feedback. Transparent reporting on KPIs: organic traffic, keyword rankings, lead generation, social media performance. Collaboration & Cross-Team Coordination Close collaboration with the BDE Team to understand project requirements and ensure marketing strategies align with client objectives. Coordination with Developers & UI/UX Designers to ensure SEO optimization is integrated into website development projects.
