Digital Marketing Specialist

Profile Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist with experience in digital marketing, SaaS marketing, and event management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing onsite branding, and ensuring the seamless execution of events and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing & SaaS Experience:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for SaaS products, including email campaigns, social media, and paid ads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads through digital channels.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimize for better engagement and conversion.

2. Event Management & Onsite Branding:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Handle end-to-end logistics, including venue coordination, registration, and event setup.
• Manage onsite branding, ensuring effective placement of banners, signage, and displays.

3. Collateral & Branding:

• Design and oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets and event setups.
• Work closely with vendors for the timely delivery of marketing materials.

Requirements:

• 10 plus years of experience in digital marketing, SaaS marketing, and event management.
• Proven experience in onsite branding, setting up event banners, and marketing collateral creation.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, paid ads, and content marketing.
• Hands-on experience with event planning, logistics, and execution.
• Excellent communication and project management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) for branding and collateral creation.
• Background in B2B SaaS marketing is a plus.

Education:

Should be a graduate or a postgraduate in similar field.

• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships
• Ability to adapt and prioritize changing project priorities, tasks, and timelines
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, as well as under pressure of deadlines
