Role & responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and source new clients (individual or corporate) through cold calling, networking, social media, events, and referrals. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective leads. 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and investors. Understand client needs and provide property options that align with their goals. Offer after-sales support and maintain ongoing communication for future opportunities. 3. Market Research & Analysis Monitor real estate market trends, pricing, competition, and demand. Identify new business opportunities based on current market analysis. Keep up-to-date with local zoning laws, property regulations, and financing options. 4. Sales & Revenue Growth Present and promote real estate projects to prospective buyers or investors. Conduct site visits and presentations. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts. 5. Marketing Support Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and promotional activities. Provide input on property listings, brochures, digital content, and advertising strategies. Participate in property expos, trade shows, and promotional events. 6. Collaboration & Coordination Work with other departments such as legal, finance, and property management to ensure smooth deal execution. 7. Documentation & Compliance Ensure all real estate transactions comply with relevant laws and company policies. Assist in preparing sales agreements, contracts, and necessary paperwork.
