Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

    • Identify and source new clients (individual or corporate) through cold calling, networking, social media, events, and referrals.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective leads.

2. Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and investors.
    • Understand client needs and provide property options that align with their goals.
    • Offer after-sales support and maintain ongoing communication for future opportunities.

3. Market Research & Analysis

    • Monitor real estate market trends, pricing, competition, and demand.
    • Identify new business opportunities based on current market analysis.
    • Keep up-to-date with local zoning laws, property regulations, and financing options.

4. Sales & Revenue Growth

    • Present and promote real estate projects to prospective buyers or investors.
    • Conduct site visits and presentations.
    • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.

5. Marketing Support

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and promotional activities.
    • Provide input on property listings, brochures, digital content, and advertising strategies.
    • Participate in property expos, trade shows, and promotional events.

6. Collaboration & Coordination

    • Work with other departments such as legal, finance, and property management to ensure smooth deal execution.

7. Documentation & Compliance

    • Ensure all real estate transactions comply with relevant laws and company policies.
    • Assist in preparing sales agreements, contracts, and necessary paperwork.
