Civil Site Supervisor

You are a reliable and experienced Civil Site Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily site operations at ongoing commercial and industrial construction projects in Rajkot. Your role involves hands-on execution, labor handling, and coordination with vendors and engineers to ensure successful project completion. Your key responsibilities include monitoring and managing day-to-day site activities, supervising labor and subcontractor work for timely progress, maintaining quality and safety standards on-site, coordinating with engineers, vendors, and material suppliers, preparing daily progress reports, and ensuring execution as per drawings and instructions. To qualify for this role, you should have a Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (preferred), a minimum of 2 years of relevant site supervision experience, familiarity with RCC, finishing, and industrial construction practices, as well as good communication and team management skills.
