About the Role:

We are hiring a Telesales & Office Coordinator to handle outbound calling, lead conversion, and basic office support. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Telesales & Lead Generation:
  • Call prospective clients and explain products/services.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain call logs and update client records regularly.
  • Office Coordination & Support:
  • Attend and assist walk-in clients and visitors.
  • Coordinate with the team for material dispatches and delivery schedules.
  • Handle basic office administration and communication.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills in Gujarati & Hindi (English is a plus).
  • Previous experience in telesales/telecalling is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and email handling.
  • Strong sales mindset and ability to work with targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
